We believe that the Bible, which consists of sixty-six (66) books of the Old and New Testaments, is fully inspired by God and written without error in its original manuscript. It is the sole and final authority on Christian faith and conduct.
We believe in one true God, existing eternally in three equal yet distinct persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
He is the Creator of heaven and earth and is all-powerful, all-knowing and all-present.
We believe that Jesus Christ is both divine and human in nature. He pre-existed eternally with the Father and the Holy Spirit.
He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.
He lived a sinless life, was crucified and died for the sins of mankind. He was buried and rose bodily from the dead; he ascended into heaven and now sits at the right hand of God the Father.
He is the only mediator between God and man, and he will personally return in glory to consummate His kingdom.
We believe that the Holy Spirit is God – the third Person in the Holy Trinity. He was sent from the Father by the Son convict the world, to regenerate and dwell in those who trust in Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord.
The Holy Spirit guides us into all truth, fills us for a life of holiness, and empowers us for witness and services.
We believe that man was created by God in His image with intellect, emotions and will.
Since then, man is by birth condemned, separated from God and has the penalty of physical and spiritual death. Man is unable to save himself by works, goodness, or religious ceremonies.
It is through faith alone in the crucified and risen Christ that fallen man is redeemed and made righteous before God.
We believe that salvation is a free gift of God made possible through the substitutionary death of Jesus Christ on the cross and through His subsequent resurrection.
A person is saved by the grace of God through faith, by repenting of his / her sins and accepting Christ as his / her personal Lord and Savior.
The blessings of salvation include the forgiveness of sins, justification of our standing before God, and assurance of eternal life.
We believe that every believer who acknowledges the Lordship of Jesus Christ would obey the commands of God.
The goal of every believer is to live a holy life that is in harmony with God and fellow believers.
The power of the indwelling Holy Spirit enables believers to bear fruit for the glory of God.
We believe that the Church is composed of God’s redeemed people. The Church is the Body of Christ and Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church.
The universal Church is expressed visibly in the local assemblies that gather together and in their equipping believers for service and ministries.
The Church exists to proclaim the Gospel to the ends of the earth and to disciple men and women of and for all nations.
We believe that Water Baptism and the Holy Communion are the two ordinances to be observed and practiced by every believer.
These are the fundamental evidence of the believers’ identification with the Lord Jesus Christ. However, they are not a means of salvation, but a public statement of faith.
We believe that only the Father knows the day and hour of the Second Coming of the Son, Jesus Christ.
He will come down from heaven to take His people into eternal blessedness with Him; while the unsaved will undergo eternal punishment in the lake of fire.
